Primary — To produce an environment that nurtures the students’ relationship with the Lord. With dedication and enthusiasm, you are to model a godly life, while also mentoring others to develop spiritually, personally, academically, and socially, by offering guidance and support, as needed. The role will include organizing monthly rally nights as well as the occasional outing, using the given budget. Effective communication with the parents is also needed to ensure everyone is informed on the happenings within the ministry. Monthly scheduling in Planning Center and regularly checking in with the volunteers on your team will help to maintain cohesiveness throughout the ministry. 

Secondary — To build the leaders of the team to disciple others effectively. Regular trainings are required between you and your team to help them develop as leaders, build relationships, share creative ideas, and regularly assess the effectiveness of the ministry, as far as growth — spiritually and numerically. 

General Duties:

• Schedule Trainings with volunteers.
• Attend Trainings at main campus.
• Maintain Monthly Budget.
• Request Forms: Purchase Requests, Graphics Requests, Facility Requests, Maintenance Requests, Video Announcement Requests.
• Organize, schedule, and coordinate events.
• Follow policies and procedures as defined in Legacy Church Handbook.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

• Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25lbs or standing for more than four (4) hours per day.
• Work is normally performed in an interior environment.
