"Is anyone among you sick? He must call for the elders (spiritual leaders) of the church and they are to pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." "And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him. And since we know he hears us when we make our requests, we also know that he will give us what we ask for." 1 John 5:14 (NLT)
"He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds you are healed." 1 Peter 2:24 (NLT)
Confession of Faith: I believe that God hears my prayer, that He cares about me, and that He has the power to heal me. I receive the healing that Jesus secured by His death and resurrection. No longer will I worry because I know that God is with me. God's Word is alive and powerful. He is the Lord that heals me. His Word contains the ability to produce what it says. He is healing me now because His Word is full of promises for me. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and He heals me. God is bigger than sickness and any enemy. Thank You, Father, because You are my Healer and I believe You have healed me now. I will be well in Jesus' Holy Name, Amen.
