We want our congregation to be aware of the service they offer to the community.  Habitat builds homes to help people become first time homeowners who may not otherwise be able to buy a home.  Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity builds community – one home, one family at a time – by making it possible for low-income families to own simple, decent, affordable homes.

If you fall into moderate to low income, with stable income, and can prove at least one year of rental history, you may qualify. You must be able to prove US citizenship or permanent residency. You would also need to consent to a background and credit check.

Your debt must be at least 31% or less of your gross monthly income without any collections, judgements or liens that are not paid.
